GARVAN GARDENS
This past year, Garvan Gardens offered the opportunity for some of our students to visit the gardens for outdoor science lessons. Four of the self-contained special education classes took advantage of the chance to visit and went as much as they could since March.
After an orientation session with Rush Fentress, director of education, the teachers were given free reign to use the garden spaces for teaching. Students have been able to enjoy outdoor lunches and socialization, as well.
Classes that attended were from LHPS, LHMS, & LHHS.

IN MEMORY | DECLAN FISK
The Lake Hamilton community has suffered a tremendous loss. We are deeply saddened to share that Declan Fisk, a kindergarten student at Lake Hamilton Primary School, has passed away. Declan will be missed greatly by his family, friends, and the entire school community. The school has been in communication with the family to provide support and assistance.
It is very difficult to experience the death of a young person. Counselors have been and will continue to be available to students and staff. Please continue to keep Declan's family, friends, and school staff in your thoughts as they work through the pain and emotions of this devastating loss.
The family would like to share that Declan lived his live FULL TILT for Jesus and that there is support available at LakePointe Church on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. There is also a scholarship fund set up in Declan's memory at Bank OZK.
