READ, WHITE AND BLUE The last two weeks, the LH first graders have been studying and discussing 9/11 in the library. This week after reading, 30,000 Stitches a story about the restoration of the Twin Towers’ American flag, by Amanda Davis, students designed a read, white, or blue piece to create a heart felt tribute to America and our everyday heroes. Their pride and patriotism was over abundant. The flags were proudly displayed during the 9-11 Memorial Parade and are now hanging at the primary school for all to enjoy. #LHWolfNation
