ATTENTION CLASS OF 2020
The Lake Hamilton School District submitted a plan and has just received approval from the Arkansas Department of Secondary and Elementary Education (DESE) for an in-person senior celebration graduation ceremony. All members of the Lake Hamilton High School Class of 2020 are asked to fill out the form HERE in order for the district to determine if there would be enough interest to host the event under the conditions and restrictions approved by DESE.
The date and time submitted and approved to DESE for the on campus event is Saturday, August 1, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. Due to the number of potential attendees and the 6' social distancing seating requirements, the venue submitted to DESE for the senior celebration is outside at Lake Hamilton Wolf Stadium.
In order to comply with the 6' social distancing restrictions regarding seating in the stands, each registered graduate participating in the on-campus event would be issued a limited number of tickets to share with friends and family. All of those in attendance will be required to wear face coverings 100% of the time during the event. Congregating before or after the ceremony on school property will be prohibited.
