Lake Hamilton School District Names Kiley Hill as New Director of Athletics

The Lake Hamilton School District Board of Education named Kiley Hill as the next Director of Athletics during their board meeting held on March 17, 2025. Hill will replace Rick Waters, who will retire at the end of the school year.

Hill brings over three decades of experience in collegiate coaching, administration, and athletics management, making him a valuable addition to the Wolf Pack family. With 31 years of experience at the NCAA Division I, II, and NAIA levels, he has built a reputation for strategic leadership, fundraising expertise, and program development. As a head coach, he accumulated over 330 collegiate wins and successfully managed athletic budgets ranging from $300,000 to over half a million dollars.

His extensive background includes coaching roles at Ouachita Baptist University, Western Carolina University, the University of Southern Mississippi, Valdosta State University, the University of West Alabama, and Arkansas Tech University. Beyond the court, Hill has served on multiple NCAA committees and led major facility renovations, fundraising initiatives, and community outreach programs.
