Is your child turning five (5) years old on or before August 1, 2025? We canโt wait to welcome them to the Lake Hamilton family! Kindergarten registration is now open for the 2025-2026 school year at Lake Hamilton Primary School.
Required Documents
To complete the online kindergarten registration, please have the following documents ready:
Proof of Residency: Current utility bill (Entergy or Water Bill) with service location address in the parent/guardianโs name, or a note from the account holder stating the student and guardian live at the listed address.
Official Birth Certificate (or hospital proof of birth)
Current Immunization Record
Social Security Number: If unavailable, contact Jill Burton at jill.burton@lhwolves.net for a school ID number.
If you cannot upload these documents online, they can be brought to the primary school office or emailed to jill.burton@lhwolves.net.
Please Note: Registration will not be considered complete, and a teacher will not be assigned until all required documents are submitted.
Current Lake Hamilton Pre-K Students
If your child is currently enrolled at Lake Hamilton Pre-K, there is no need to complete online registration. Pre-K teachers have provided registration details. If you havenโt received this information, please contact your childโs pre-k teacher.
In-Person Registration
If online registration is not an option, you may register in person at the primary school. Call 501-767-9351 to schedule an appointment.
Kindergarten Physical Requirement
A kindergarten physical must be submitted to the school nurse within 30 days of the first day of school. If this isnโt possible, notify the nurse with the appointment date, and provide the physical the following day.

What are the school hours?
Drop-off begins at 7:25 a.m., and pick-up is by 3:05 p.m.
How will I know who my childโs teacher is?
Teacher assignments will be shared at the Kindergarten Parent Information Night on July 21 and July 22 (5:30 PM).
Can I request a specific teacher?
The Lake Hamilton School District does not accept teacher requests. However, you may email the principal with any concerns.
What school supplies are needed?
All school supplies are provided by Lake Hamilton. Your child only needs a backpack, water bottle, and nap mat.
Is after-school care available?
Yes! Information about our after-school learning center can be found here.
What if we donโt live in the Lake Hamilton School District?
You may apply for school choice. If accepted, you must bring the school choice acceptance letter and proof of residence when submitting registration documents.
Why is it important to submit all required documents and complete online registration?
Students will not be enrolled or assigned a teacher until registration is complete and all documents are submitted.
